Cradel was started up in 1989 by the will of owners Cristiano e Luca. We started this cooperation when we were very young (17 y.o. Cristiano and 24 y.o. Gianluca), we were so enthusiastic about this and we really wanted to capitalize on our knowledges of the trade of a baker and pastry we had learned at home.

We established our company relying on experiences into the field of homemade patisserie and bakery completed by previous generations. We’ve always seen our parents kneading and baking: that’s how we learned basis of production.

We started in the little workshop down in the street and since then we’ve come a long way. Cookies, tarts, crumble tarts, rusks, paste di meliga (corn pastries) e bugie (sweet biscuits for carnival): the range of products has become more and more various.
Nowadays Cradel sweets are traded all over Italy, Europe and also in USA, Costarica, Dubai, Emirates, Cipro, aso.
