IFS Food Standard is a standard agreed by GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) for internal audits of food industry. The aim is food safety and quality of process and products. It concerns food processes of production industries and industries making loose products.

The Standard warrants the safety and quality of processes and products. It accesses quality and safety management system of foodstuffs, resource management, production planning and process, and whatever we from Cradel implement in order to bring about a correct Food Défense.
