GSFS (Global Standard for Food Safety) certification

Thanks to GSFS certification, Cradel shows its commitment to safety, quality and compliance with the rules governing agri-food sector. Among conditions required by certification, there’s information about our suppliers we strictly select. According to global standard GSFS for agri-food safety, the certification fulfils criteria established by Global Food Safety Initiative of CIES – The Food Business Forum. We’re dealing with a standard agreed by Agri-foodstuffs retailers, on equal terms with other standards in this field, such as IFS (International Food Standard), SQF (Safe Quality Food) e FSCC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification Scheme 22000).

Required conditions refer to quality management systems, to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) methodology, to a set of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GHP (Good Hygiene Practice) conditions.
