  1. Payment
    The accepted forms of payment are:

    A) Bank transfer

    B) By cash on delivery

  4. Shipping
    Shipping costs depend on the type of product and the destination of the goods. It may happen that after logging in or during the purchase procedure, if you change the delivery address, the shipping costs are recalculated.
    In the following areas of Italy there is an increase in shipping costs: Basilicata, Calabria, Puglia, Sardinia, Sicily.
    This increase will be calculated when ordering.

  5. Deliveries
    We have agreements with several couriers to ship all over the world in reasonable times and at reasonable prices. Most of the products you find on the site are delivered in Italy in 24/48 hours (48/72 for islands and areas difficult to reach). Deliveries are not scheduled on holidays and on the seventh weekend.

  6. Accept with reserve
    CRADEL SRL entrusts the deliveries of the products to the couriers who have proven to be more reliable and punctual, to guarantee an excellent service, from the first click to the arrival of the package at destination. However, problems of any kind can occur. We invite you to:

    1) report any delays in the delivery of the object compared to the scheduled time.

    2) ACCEPT WITH RESERVE if the packaging has dents, tampering or signs that may suggest that the product may have suffered transport damage. Photograph the packaging and the product just opened. This material will be used as testimony towards the courier. In any case, we will promptly compensate you for the damage, assessing whether it is appropriate to replace the object, send you spare parts or pay a cash refund.

  7. Warranty
    All products on sale on are covered by a legal warranty, which concerns a possible problem at the origin of the product. The warranty translates into the replacement or repair of the object.   8. Returns and complaints
    If the product you received does not satisfy you, contact us and explain the nature of your dissatisfaction. Together we will find the most suitable solution: we can replace the product or you can make a return and we will refund the amount spent. We remind you that you can return the products and request a full refund only if the products are new, never used and with the original packaging, etc. The transport costs relating to the return of products are borne by the buyer.
