Using flour obtained from stone grinding without sifting it allows you to create products with a special body and a more decisive taste. The Righelle al Farro Cradel are born from a simple recipe, like that of a homemade biscuit. They are rich in noble raw materials, such as stone-ground wholemeal spelled flour, butter, sunflower oil. A few simple ingredients for a perfect combination of taste and goodness. At Cradel, we don't like adding dyes, preservatives, hydrogenated fats or palm oil to our products. We also care about the quality: we make a careful selection of raw materials. In the Righelle al Farro you will find stone-ground wholemeal spelled flour from grains of our province and Italian butter.
The packaging takes place as soon as the heat of the oven has completely dispersed so the Righelle preserve all the friability and the good scent of the freshly baked biscuit, using a "green" wrapping, recyclable in the paper.
