We from Cradel absolutely had to save a place of honour for this fantastic ingredient; we weren’t satisfied with the realisation of a simple shortcrust sweet with lemon filling.
For this fragrant ingredient we want to get a more elaborate Tart, but we also want it to be as flavoured as all the other Cradel products.
The answer is only one: lemon-filled Crumble Tart.
For us from Cardel, Crumble means a fall of shortcrust pastry crumbs on a lemon-filled Tart base.
We only employ carefully sorted raw materials, without inclusion of food colouring, preservatives or hydrogenated fats.
Lemon Crumble Tart is great for delighting every waking moment and for serving your guests a simple, but not banal, healthy dessert. The home-made disposition of crumble gives the sweet a funny and tempting rural appearance.
