Once we create a friable and fragrant shortcrust pastry, we deal with filling: we spread a generous dose of colourful cherry filling on the whole surface of the Tart the last stage is a real touch of the artist: we manually crumble the mix. This stage gives the Tart a home-made and tasty appearance. The crumble covering is irregular, so that every single piece of Tart is different from each other.
