We use few selected ingredients because we are lovers of genuine products. The filling of our Frolline ai Frutti di Bosco has a much higher percentage of fruit puree; moreover, in preparing them we do not add preservatives, dyes or hydrogenated fats. That’s exactly how we from Cradel did: we resumed grandma’s recipe, trying to repurpose it as faithfully as possible.

An expert layered structure gives rise to the delicious Cradel Orange and Chocolate Crumble Tart. At the bottom there is a friable and fragrant shortcrust pastry bed. We generously spread on the whole base the glutton orange-filling, enriched with strong flavoured peel. Everything is held by a fall of crispy shortcrust pastry crumbs and dark chocolate-chip. By preparing Sugar-free Rusks we became skilful mathematicians: the recipe of Cradel Sugar-free Rusks originates from subtraction! We subtracted sugar from our Rural Rusks’ recipe. Subtracted and not replaced. This means that we didn’t add any other kind of sugar substitute. We eliminated the sweet part of a natural recipe, realized with few simple ingredients, so that our Sugar-free Rusks can be eaten by those who want to limit their intake of sugar.

Cradel “Tegolette” with hazelnuts are your irresistible temptation a cloud of crisp and sweet-smelling cookie, which is characterized by the intense flavour of the toasted hazelnut.
We revisit the traditional “Lingue di Gatto” (cookies with a long and tight shape, similar to cat’s tongue; hence the name “Lingue di Gatto”, which literally means “Cat’s tongue”) by our own Cradel recip and we further enrich them with grain hazelnuts. This creates a sublime pastry, which is light, but with a a full and appetizing flavor. 4-Cereals Shortbread have an astonishing taste. The credit belongs to the perfect flour mix we employ to realise the mix. We employ wholemeal spelt, rice flour, wheat and corn. We skilfully balance the quantity of each kind of flour in order to optimize them inside the mixture. Our aim is to get a rural and nutritious cookie with a lovely taste. 4-Cereals Shortbread are perfectly golden-brown, with a strong, but delicate taste and a crumbly consistency. In Not Sweet Cookies there’s just a hint of sugar, just what we need to make the cookie rise. Our ingredients scheme (flour, sunflower oil and milk) coupled with what little sugar we need, allows us to realise gourmand and crumbly cookies. These cookies wink those who want to be on a simple and light diet.

Rural simplicity, Buckwheat Shortbread have a strong and aromatic taste. For the realisation of our Shortbread, we actually employ buckwheat flour coarse-grained milled from a mill from around here.
